Pneumatic knife gate valve

Overview: 

The knife gate valve, also known as the knife door gate valve or the knife type slurry valve, has a gate as its opening and closing component. The movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the flow direction of the fluid. It cuts off the medium by relying on a blade-shaped gate with a cutting edge that can cut through fibrous materials. The knife gate valve entered China in the 1980s. In less than two decades, its application scope has expanded from the ordinary fields to a much broader range of industries. It has progressed from coal selection, coal removal, and slag removal in mines and power plants to sewage treatment in cities, and from general industrial pipelines to professional pipeline systems in food, hygiene, and medicine.
