Overview:
The pneumatic diaphragm valve is a special type of stop valve that emerged in the 1920s. Its closure element is a diaphragm made of soft material, which separates the inner cavity of the valve body from the inner cavity of the valve cover and the driving components. Therefore, it is called a pneumatic diaphragm valve. The most prominent feature of the pneumatic diaphragm valve is that the diaphragm separates the lower inner cavity of the valve body from the upper inner cavity of the valve cover, preventing the parts such as the valve stem and valve disc located above the diaphragm from being corroded by the medium. It eliminates the packing seal structure and does not cause medium leakage.
