Brass check valve

Overview:

Brass check valves are automatically opening/closing valve devices made of brass. Their core function is to achieve unidirectional shutoff through medium flow and prevent backflow.

The valve body is made of HPb59-1 brass, the seals are made of FKM/PTFE composite material, and the spring is manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel. The working pressure can reach PN25, with an applicable temperature range of 0℃ to 100℃.

This product realizes opening and closing control through the cooperation of a spherical rotating part and spring force. Some models are equipped with external sound-absorbing cotton to reduce noise.

It is mainly used in clean medium scenarios such as building water supply and drainage, gas transmission, and municipal engineering. During installation, the medium flow direction mark must be strictly followed and the pipeline system must be thoroughly cleaned.
