Threaded exhaust valve

Overview:

Threaded valves generally refer to threaded-end valves. A threaded valve is a type of valve accessory, mainly characterized by internal or external threads on the valve body for threaded connection with pipelines.

Threaded-end valves are typically used in low-pressure engineering applications. They are not suitable for high-pressure service, where welded or flanged valves should be used instead.

Working Principle:

The working principle of threaded valves is similar to that of other valve types. It mainly controls the opening and closing degree of the valve by driving the valve disc to move within the valve body via the valve stem, thereby regulating the flow rate, pressure and flow direction of the medium in the pipeline.
