Brass flange silencing check valve

Overview: 

The brass check valve is an automatic on-off valve device made of brass material. Its core function is to achieve one-way cutoff by the flow of the medium and prevent the backflow of the medium. 

The valve body is made of HPb59-1 brass material, the sealing components are made of FKM/PTFE composite material, and the spring is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The working pressure can reach PN25, and the applicable temperature range is 0℃ - 100℃. 

This product achieves opening and closing control through the combined action of the spherical rotating part and the spring force. Some models also reduce noise by using external sound-absorbing cotton. 

It is mainly applied in scenarios involving clean media such as building water supply and drainage, gas transportation, and municipal engineering. During installation, it is necessary to strictly follow the direction of the medium flow indication and thoroughly clean the pipeline system.
