Overview:
The copper exhaust valve is an automatic control device used in heating systems, central air conditioning and heating pipelines to remove accumulated air. It is mainly applied to the high points of pipelines in systems such as independent heating, centralized heating, solar heating and floor heating.
This valve adopts a float lever structure. It automatically opens and closes by driving the sealing end face through water level changes. The working pressure ranges from PN10 to PN25, and the nominal diameter is from DN15 to DN25. The valve body is mostly made of brass, the float is made of heat-resistant polypropylene, the sealing piece uses EPDM rubber, and the single-rod design of the stainless steel component can adapt to high-pressure environments. During installation, it should be placed horizontally or vertically at the high position of the pipeline. It can be combined with a shut-off valve for easy maintenance. It has three-stage automatic control functions: expelling a large amount of air when filling water, slightly discharging gas during normal water supply, and drawing in air from negative pressure to protect the pipeline.
